AssetTitleParty

Represents the relationship between an account, a contact, or a user and an asset title. This object is available in API version 60.0 and later.

Fields

EffectiveEndDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date until when the party is associated with the asset title.

EffectiveStartDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date from when the party is associated with the asset title.

IsActive

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Identifies if the title and party relationship is active (true) or not (false). The default value is false.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The autopopulated name of the Asset Title Party record.

PartyId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The party associated with the asset title. A party can be an account, a user, or a contact. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: Party
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: Account, Contact, User

PartyRole

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the role of the party associated with the asset title. Possible values are: Co-Owner, Lien Holder, or Owner.

TitleId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The asset title related to the asset title party. This field is a relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: Title
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: AssetTitle
