# AssetTitleParty

Represents the relationship between an account, a contact, or a user and an asset title. This object is available in API version 60.0 and later.

## Fields

### EffectiveEndDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date until when the party is associated with the asset title.

### EffectiveStartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date from when the party is associated with the asset title.

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Identifies if the title and party relationship is active (true) or not (false). The default value is false.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The autopopulated name of the Asset Title Party record.

### PartyId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The party associated with the asset title. A party can be an account, a user, or a contact. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Party
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Account, Contact, User

### PartyRole

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the role of the party associated with the asset title. Possible values are: Co-Owner, Lien Holder, or Owner.

### TitleId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The asset title related to the asset title party. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Title
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: AssetTitle
