We fixed a bug where Shield Platform Encryption was preventing upgrades to SSH Production orgs when the Subject field on Case was encrypted.

To avoid unexpected errors when trying to Enable Custom Appointment Length in Appointment Manager Settings, we now show up to 500 topics.

You can now make comments required for topics in the Scheduling Wizard using a new checkbox in the SSH Hierarchy Settings.

Support Staff can now enter /student-alert-help into the Slack app and get an overview of Student Success Alerts and how to get support.

Because Student Success Alerts doesn't respond directly to user messages, we disabled input in the messages tab.
