## Changes

### Student Success Hub Fixes and Minor Enhancements

- We fixed a bug where Shield Platform Encryption was preventing upgrades to SSH Production orgs when the Subject field on Case was encrypted.
- To avoid unexpected errors when trying to Enable Custom Appointment Length in Appointment Manager Settings, we now show up to 500 topics.
- You can now make comments required for topics in the Scheduling Wizard using a new checkbox in the SSH Hierarchy Settings.

### Student Success Alerts Slack App

- Support Staff can now enter /student-alert-help into the Slack app and get an overview of Student Success Alerts and how to get support.
- Because Student Success Alerts doesn't respond directly to user messages, we disabled input in the messages tab.
