Understand What's Included with Student Success Hub

Learn about license requirements and K-12 and higher ed configurations in Student Success Hub.

Depending on the type of license you have and the options you choose when you install Student Success Hub, it provides a combination of managed packages, unmanaged metadata configurations, and sample data for a K-12 school or for a higher education institution.

Features that students use, such as appointments and portals, require either a Customer Community Plus license or a Customer Community Plus Login license. These licenses can be provisioned through Experience Cloud for Learner Success. For details on features that require student user licensing, see the tables. With the purchase of these licenses, K-12 orgs can also use unmanaged configurations for these features.
