To provide the agent access to your institution's financial aid data, ensure that your

Ensure that individual records imported from your financial aid management system into Data
360 are synced to Salesforce CRM as Person Accounts.
The agent's identity verification relies on matching a Data 360 individual to a CRM Person Account. To implement this sync, use your organization's extract, transform, and load (ETL) tool, such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Salesforce Data Loader, to create Person Account records in Salesforce CRM using the same data set being imported into Data Cloud. This approach gives you full control over timing, transformation, error handling, and audit trails.
Tip Configure your extract, transform, and load process to check whether a matching Person Account already exists in CRM before creating a new one to avoid duplicates. - Enable enhanced event logs to keep a record of agent interactions for compliance review.
