Set Up My Appointments Header

Set up the My Appointments Header Lightning web component on your learner portal so students can schedule appointments.

Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
User Permissions Needed  
To set up My Appointments Header:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Create and Set Up Experiences

Before you begin, set field-level security access to the fields that are necessary for portal users to book appointments. See Set Field-Level Security for Portal Users.

  1. Set up Salesforce Scheduler for Education Cloud.
  2. Set up My Appointments Header on your learner portal:
    1. In Setup, find and select All Sites.
    2. Create or select a site. See Set Up an Education Portal.
    3. Click Components, and then drag My Appointments Header to your preferred location on the page.
    4. Apply other customizations as necessary, then preview and publish the site. See Customize Sites with Experience Builder.
  3. If present, select the My Appointments component and delete it.
