Directors and advisors can now create personalized care plans with goals and tasks to help learners achieve their objectives. Use care plan templates to quickly create care plans with frequently used goals or tasks. Use the bulk operation to apply care plans to multiple record alerts at a time.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: In the Student Success app, on the advisor or director console, click Care Plans on the dropdown menu and follow the care plan creation workflow.
