Populate Records and Fields to Present Your Campuses and Programs in Detailed Profiles

Make learning programs, support programs, and campus information discoverable in Campus and Program Finder. Create and populate educational institution offering records based on specific filtering criteria.

To populate records and fields: Education Cloud Full Access
  1. Create one educational institution offering record for each campus that offers a learning program or a support program.
    1. From the App Launcher, find and select Educational Institution Offerings, and then click New.
    2. Search for and select your educational institution account record.
    3. For each educational institution offering record, search for and select one learning program or one program.
    4. Make sure that both Active and Publicly Searchable are selected.
    5. Save your changes.
    6. Similarly, create an educational institution offering record for each additional campus that offers a learning program or a support program.
  2. To make your campus details also available for filtering and searching, populate relevant fields in your educational institution account record and business profile record.
  3. Configure the related account, business profile, learning program, and program records according to these Data Processing Engine job filtering criteria.
    Object Record Criteria
    Account
    • Has a related business profile record that’s publicly searchable
    • Is linked to an active and publicly searchable educational institution offering record
    • Is linked to a learning program or a program that's configured according to these Data Processing Engine job filtering criteria
    Business Profile
    • Is publicly searchable
    • Is related to an account that's linked to an eligible educational institution offering record
    Learning Program
    • Is active
    • The related learning record is active
    • Is linked to an active and publicly searchable educational institution offering record
    Program
    • Is active
    • Is linked to an active and publicly searchable educational institution offering record
