Generate Academic Insights

Use Einstein Academic Insights to generate the academic insights, or the current term insights on a student.

Note Data 360 can be used when generating academic insights, but it isn’t required. You need Data 360 as part of an Einstein add-on or as a standalone license. Users also need the Data 360 User permission set.

From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
Click any case record.
Generate academic insights using Einstein.
1. Go to the Engagement Panel component configured for academic insights.
2. To accept the disclaimer and proceed, click Got It.
  Einstein analyzes and generates the insights.
3. To regenerate the insights, click Generate.
4. If needed, edit or copy the insights.
