Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions where Education Cloud and CRM Analytics for Education Cloud are enabled.
Who: Only Education Cloud users with the CRM Analytics for Education Cloud license can use the Alumni Engagement Insights dashboard.
How: To get the Education Analytics app with the Alumni Engagement Insights dashboard, go to the Configure Education Analytics page in Setup.
