EDU Cloud: Create Grade Alert

Automatically create a record alert when a learner's grade drops below a C, and assign an advisor if the learner has a failing grade.

To create grade alerts:	Education Cloud Full Access

This flow works without any configuration. However, before you can use the flow, complete the following tasks:

• Create a support process and case record types for supporting learners with low grades.

• Create a case team role for Primary Advisor.

This flow launches when a Course Offering Participant Result record is updated.

If you want to generate an alert upon the creation of a Course Offering Participant Result record, you need to set up a separate flow. Clone the EDU Cloud: Create Grade Alter flow template and update the logic in the Start element.
