EDU Cloud: Close Related Cases for Term

Automatically close an open application case for a learner when they enroll in an academic term.

User Permissions Needed
To close related cases for a term:	Education Cloud Full Access

This flow works without any configuration, but you can customize it to fit your institution. To customize this flow and change the criteria to close a case:

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.

2. Open your copy of the EDU Cloud: Close Related Cases for Term flow.

3. Click the element that you want to change, then click Edit Element.

4. Make your changes, then click Done.
