# EDU Cloud: Close Related Cases for Term

Automatically close an open application case for a learner when they enroll in an academic term.

This flow works without any configuration, but you can customize it to fit your institution. To customize this flow and change the criteria to close a case:

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select **Flows**.
2. Open your copy of the EDU Cloud: Close Related Cases for Term flow.
3. Click the element that you want to change, then click **Edit Element**.
4. Make your changes, then click **Done**.
