Edit a Learning Course or Learning Program

Use Learning Wizard in the Academic Operations app to modify your learning.

User Permissions Needed
To edit a learning course or learning program:	Education Cloud Full Access

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Academic Operations.
2. From the app navigation menu, select the type of learning to modify. For example, Learning Programs.
3. On the action menu for the learning record, click Edit in Learning Wizard.
4. Provide the required details and click Next.
5. If needed, add or delete conditions for prerequisites, corequisites, and recommendations, and then click Next.
6. If needed, add learning outcomes, and then save your changes.

Note

• Modifying the prerequisites, corequisites, and recommendations dissociates the learning foundation item, and associates a new learning foundation item with the learning.
• Resetting the conditions grouped by the OR logic deletes the associated learning foundation item record.
• You can’t change or delete the learning achievement and learning outcome associated with a learning. However, you can add new learning achievements and learning outcomes.
