# Edit a Learning Course or Learning Program

Use Learning Wizard in the Academic Operations app to modify your learning.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Academic Operations**.
2. From the app navigation menu, select the type of learning to modify. For example, Learning Programs.
3. On the action menu for the learning record, click **Edit in Learning Wizard**.
4. Provide the required details and click **Next**.
5. If needed, add or delete conditions for prerequisites, corequisites, and recommendations, and then click **Next**.
6. If needed, add learning outcomes, and then save your changes.

Note

- Modifying the prerequisites, corequisites, and recommendations dissociates the learning foundation item, and associates a new learning foundation item with the learning.
- Resetting the conditions grouped by the OR logic deletes the associated learning foundation item record.
- You can’t change or delete the learning achievement and learning outcome associated with a learning. However, you can add new learning achievements and learning outcomes.
