Create an Intake Assessment Question

Create assessment questions to understand the learner's requirements and determine how best to support them.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To create assessment questions:	Education Cloud Full Access

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Questions.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a name and developer name.
4. Select a data type, such as Text.
5. Select the category.
6. Enter the question text.
7. Select Active.
8. Enter any other details and save your changes.
9. Similarly, create more questions.
