# Create an Intake Assessment Question

Create assessment questions to understand the learner's requirements and determine how best to support them.

| To create assessment questions: | Education Cloud Full Access |

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Assessment Questions**.
2. Click **New**.
3. Enter a name and developer name.
4. Select a data type, such as Text.
5. Select the category.
6. Enter the question text.
7. Select **Active**.
8. Enter any other details and save your changes.
9. Similarly, create more questions.
