Configure Virtual Calls

After you set up your AWS account and connection to Salesforce, configure video appointments.

Editions Needed

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

Before you configure video appointments, make sure that you complete these prerequisites.

1. Set Up Appointment Data Manually for the video type.
2. Create a Page for Virtual Calls on Your Experience Site.
3. Create Named Credentials for Virtual Calls.
