Assign Permission Sets to Appointment Users in Education Cloud

After you create permission sets for appointments, assign them to your staff members and learners.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets to appointment users in Education Cloud:	Education Cloud Full Access

Tip To see what permission set licenses are available, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Setup, and then select Company Information.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
2. Click a user.
3. In the Permission Set Assignments section, click Edit Assignments.
4. Add these permission sets.

   Permission set	Description	Recommended Users
   Education Cloud Full Access	Give users access to Education Cloud objects and components.	Staff members
   Omnistudio User	Give users the ability to schedule appointments.	Staff members
   Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access	Give Experience Cloud users access to Education Cloud.	Learners
   Custom Permission Set for Portal Users	Give portal users read and edit access to the fields they need to book appointments.	Learners and staff members

5. Save your changes.
