# Assign Permission Sets to Appointment Users in Education Cloud

After you create permission sets for appointments, assign them to your staff members and learners.

Tip To see what permission set licenses are available, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Setup, and then select **Company Information**.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Users**.
2. Click a user.
3. In the Permission Set Assignments section, click **Edit Assignments**.
4. Add these permission sets.
    
      
    | Permission set | Description | Recommended Users |
    | --- | --- | --- |
    | Education Cloud Full Access | Give users access to Education Cloud objects and components. | Staff members |
    | Omnistudio User | Give users the ability to schedule appointments. | Staff members |
    | Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access | Give Experience Cloud users access to Education Cloud. | Learners |

5. Save your changes.
