In order to have requirements show up in the requirements panel, the learner must have a learner program associated with them, and that learner program must have learner program requirements.

After you create a learner program, you can create learner program requirements to associate with it from the Related tab.
- In the App Launcher, enter Learner, and then select Learner Programs.
- Click New.
- Populate at least the Name, Learning Program Plan, and Learner Contact fields for the Learner Program you want to create.
- Save your changes.
- In the Related tab’s Learner Program Requirements section, click New.
- Enter details for the new learner program requirement.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 5-7 for each learner program requirement you want to associate with the learner program.
