Apply a care plan to record alerts to support the respective learners.

| To apply care plans to alerts: |

- From the App Launcher, find and select Student Success.
- On the advisor console, click the dropdown navigation menu, and select Record Alerts.
- Select the record alerts, and then click Apply Care Plan.
- Enter a name, and choose the status of the care plan.
- Confirm the participants, provide any other relevant details, and click Next.
- Add or remove goal definitions and benefits as required, and then click Add.
- Review the care plan details and save your changes.
