Apply a care plan to record alerts to support the respective learners.

| To apply care plans to alerts: | Education Cloud Full Access |

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Student Success**.
2. On the advisor console, click the dropdown navigation menu, and select **Record Alerts**.
3. Select the record alerts, and then click **Apply Care Plan**.
4. Enter a name, and choose the status of the care plan.
5. Confirm the participants, provide any other relevant details, and click **Next**.
6. Add or remove goal definitions and benefits as required, and then click **Add**.
7. Review the care plan details and save your changes.
