Install Case Management

When you install Nonprofit Cloud Case Management, you get a managed package that contains essential metadata and custom code for Case Management functionality.

It's important to note that you can't modify certain components of a managed package, such as objects and fields. They're locked with limited edit access so that the managed package can be upgraded later. For details about managed and unmanaged packages, see Understanding Packages in Salesforce Help.
