Source Records Eligibility

Accounting Subledger applies eligibility criteria to select source records to process.

REQUIRED EDITIONS
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Accounting Subledger

Accounting Subledger only considers source records based on criteria that you define on the accounting set. Then, it generates transaction journal records for source records that meet the mapping and field requirements described in this table. We update the transaction journal records if a paid or written off record is later changed. See Configure Accounting Set Settings and Amount Corrections.

Note
Note Not all Amount fields apply, as they depend on the object model selected for the accounting set.
