To keep private or all-day events out of Maps Schedule, add an option to the Activity object to exclude an event.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
- Open the Activity object and create a Checkbox field (for example, name it Exclude from Maps Schedule).
- In Salesforce Maps, open Routes & Schedule settings, and set the exclusion field to the checkbox field that you created.
- Save. Now, whenever an event has that checkbox selected, Maps Schedule excludes it. Users or automation select the checkbox on the events to hide from Maps Schedule.
