Build a Managed Package Recommendation

A managed package lets independent service vendors (ISVs) and partners easily port custom recommendations across multiple orgs. It also enables faster deployment to customers.

Required Editions

Available in: Building a managed package is only available in Developer Edition. Einstein Recommendation Builder is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

You build recommendations using Einstein Recommendation Builder in a Developer Edition org. You then use Package Manager in the same org to create a managed package and add the recommendations to it. To use a managed package recommendation, you install the package in any org where Einstein Recommendation Builder is enabled. Build it, review its scorecard, and then deploy it when you’re ready.
