Connect Gong to begin importing call transcripts into Einstein Conversation
Insights. Use Gong with out-of-the-box agents like Lead Nurturing agent, Sales Management
agent, and others available with Salesforce AI.

To integrate with Gong, from Salesforce Go, enter Einstein Conversation
Insights under Features. In the Connect Transcription
Provider section, click Go to Setup for the Gong setting
and follow the steps provided to install the managed package from AppExchange.
For more details about setting up Gong, see Set Up Gong Integration. You can also request to import call
transcripts created before Gong was connected to Salesforce.
New transcripts from Gong are processed once each day. Call transcripts and relevant insights
are available with new video call and video call participant records.
