Notifications are sent every 7 days. Connections have a status of Disabled or Needs Attention when the permissions are removed, user disconnects manually, user email account has issues, and so on.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Activity Capture, and then select Settings.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Turn on Connection Status Notifications.
-
In Percent of Connected Accounts, enter a percentage of connected accounts that have the
status of Disabled or Needs Attention. When this threshold is reached, you receive a
notification every 7 days.
If you enter 0%, you still receive notifications. To stop receiving notifications, turn off Connection Status Notifications.
- Click Save.
- From the Notification Type list, select the delivery format of the notification that you want to receive.
