With Salesforce Scheduler, your authenticated external users (customers and partners) can use standard flow templates to quickly schedule appointments with your employees. Users can easily search for and select the right person, topic, location, and date and time of the appointment. You can either use the provided standard flow templates or create flows based on those templates and customize them to suit your business requirement.
- Set Up Scheduling for Guest Users
Salesforce Scheduler provides a standard flow template, Inbound New Guest Appointment, to let your unauthenticated external users (leads or prospects) quickly schedule appointments with your employees. Users can easily search for and select the right person, topic, location, and date and time for the appointment. You can either use the provided standard flow template or create a flow based on the template and then customize the new template per your business needs.
