For each shift, set the number of appointments that can be booked for a particular work type.

- From the App Launcher, click Shifts.
- Select the shift that you want to edit.
- Click Related and edit the Shift Work Topic that you want to set capacity for.
- In Maximum Appointment Capacity, set the maximum number of appointments that can be scheduled.
- Edit the capacity for other shift work topics, but make sure that the total capacity for all shift work types doesn’t exceed the overall capacity of the shift.
- Save your changes.
