Before you use capacity-based scheduling, perform these prerequisites.

- Verify that none of the Shift Work Topic records have the All Topics Supported field enabled. You can use the scripts in Update Your Shift Work Topics for Capacity-Based Scheduling to update your records.
- Use shifts to use capacity-based scheduling. See Manage Shifts in Salesforce Scheduler.
