With quick actions, you can launch and navigate through workflows and perform a
series of actions with just a few clicks. For example, to generate invitations quickly,
create a quick action for generating the appointment invitation flow.
Required Editions

From the object management settings for Service Resource, go to Buttons, Links,
and Actions, and then click New Action.

For Action Type, select Flow.

Select an existing flow, such as Generate Appointment Invitation for Partners,
for the quick action.

In the Standard Label Type picklist, select None.

Enter your label, such as Invitation for Guests, in the Label field.

If necessary, enter a description and select an icon for your action.

Save your changes.
