# Create a Quick Action to Launch the Flow

With quick actions, you can launch and navigate through workflows and perform a series of actions with just a few clicks. For example, to generate invitations quickly, create a quick action for generating the appointment invitation flow.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience.</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong> and <strong>Unlimited</strong> Editions</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. From the object management settings for Service Resource, go to Buttons, Links, and Actions, and then click **New Action**.
2. For Action Type, select **Flow**.
3. Select an existing flow, such as Generate Appointment Invitation for Partners, for the quick action.
4. In the Standard Label Type picklist, select **None**.
5. Enter your label, such as Invitation for Guests, in the Label field.
6. If necessary, enter a description and select an icon for your action.
7. Save your changes.
