Assign Work Type Groups to Work Types in Salesforce Scheduler

Map each work type group (appointment topic) to a work type (appointment template).

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

From the Related tab on a work type group record page, click New on the Work Type Group Members related list.
Select a work type.

Note Ensure that the work type you select and other work types associated with the work type group aren’t linked with the same service territory.
Save your changes.
