Agentforce for Scheduler Limitations and Allowances

Note these limitations and allowances in Agentforce for Scheduler.

  • Agentforce is supported through Messaging for In-App and Web on Digital Experience sites.

  • Ensure that records of objects that users will reference in conversations have unique names. For example, all your work types must have unique names so that if a user references one, Agentforce can select the right one. This applies to work type groups, service territories, and service resources too.

  • When displaying time slots for an appointment, Agentforce shows 5 slots. To see slots for specific times, specify the time range for that slot.

  • Agentforce uses the default scheduling policy.

  • Agentforce supports time zones and slots in the time zone of the service territory.

  • Agentforce supports the following Scheduler appointments:

    • One-on-one.
    • Anonymous.
    • Guest.
  • Agentforce for Scheduler is intended to be used as a consumer agent for users and customers and isn't an employee agent.
