You can only report a problem on a task that's in progress or overdue.
When a task has an issue, report a problem to alert the workflow owner. Reporting a problem changes the workflow's status to Problem on the Home page so it's visible to anyone tracking the workflow.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
- Find the workflow that contains the problematic task and open it.
- Open the task that has the issue.
- Click Report a problem.

Enter a description of the problem and click Report problem.
The task is flagged with a problem indicator and the workflow's status changes to Problem on the Home page.
