To start using Einstein Engagement Frequency for Account Engagement (EEF), an admin must
enable it in Marketing Setup. The model training period can take up to 72 hours.

From Marketing Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Frequency,
and then select Einstein Engagement Frequency.

Turn on the feature.

Open Prospect page layouts and list views to verify that the Einstein Engagement
Frequency field was added. If the field isn’t present, ensure that your business unit
meets the data
requirements.
