You can run automations around custom Salesforce objects that are related to a prospect
record through a prospect ID. To tie a custom Salesforce object to a prospect ID, link the object
to a contact, lead, or account record.

When syncing custom objects between Salesforce and Account Engagement, keep these considerations in mind.
- Create a Custom Object in Account Engagement
You can create custom objects in Account Engagement to sync with Salesforce custom objects. Before you create a custom object, it must exist in Salesforce.
- Automate with Custom Objects
As with other objects in Account Engagement, you can use custom objects in automation rules. Because an automation matches prospects, a custom object automation rule matches prospects related to a custom object. Custom objects aren’t available as criteria in automation rule groups.
