Add the Wistia Connector

To track prospect video engagement, set up the Wistia connector. After you create the connector, it pulls in only new engagement data as it becomes available. The connector requires an Advanced or Premium Wistia plan.

Required Editions

Important Before setting up the Wistia connector, you must add your Account Engagement Business Unit ID to your Wistia account. Learn more here.

User Permissions Needed
To add a connector:	Account Engagement Administrator role

1. Open the Connectors page.
   • In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select Connectors.
   • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then Connectors.
2. Click + Create New Connector.
3. Click Wistia.
4. Enter the Wistia API password of a Wistia admin. Generate the password from the API option in your Wistia account dashboard.
   A Wistia admin can generate passwords from the API Settings tab in Wistia.
5. (Optional) Select Show video play heatmaps, and enter a Wistia public token.
6. Click Save Connector.
7. In the Status column, click verify now.
