Add the UserVoice Connector

To add suggestions, support tickets, and other UserVoice data to prospect records, add the UserVoice connector.

User Permissions Needed
To add a connector:	Account Engagement Administrator role

Note Pardot is now known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. We wish we could snap our fingers to update the name everywhere, but you can expect to see the previous name in a few places until we replace it, including in the app itself.

1. Open the Connectors page.
   • In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select Connectors.
   • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then Connectors.
2. Click + Add Connector.
3. In the Other Connectors section, select UserVoice.
4. Enter your UserVoice subdomain.
5. Select your options.
6. Choose a campaign.
7. Click Create Connector.
8. In the Status column, click verify now.
9. Enter your UserVoice credentials and grant access to Account Engagement.

Records are synced about every 12 hours.

Note Don’t delete the Pardot service hook in UserVoice.
