Account Engagement Campaigns

An Account Engagement campaign tracks the first interaction that a prospect has with your online marketing materials. Associate your assets to a campaign to organize and track your marketing efforts.

To work with one set of campaign records instead of managing campaigns in two systems, set up Connected Campaigns. When campaigns are connected, you can track campaign influence and view engagement history on the same record in Salesforce.

Create an Account Engagement Campaign
Admins and marketing users can create Account Engagement campaigns to track and report on prospects. If you’re using Connected Campaigns, users can only create Salesforce campaigns.
Associating Prospects with Campaigns
A prospect is related to an Account Engagement campaign based on the first marketing asset that they interact with as a visitor, even before converting to a prospect.
Salesforce Campaigns in Account Engagement
You can sync campaigns to Salesforce to display them in Account Engagement with campaign members and statuses. You can also add prospects to Salesforce campaigns from Account Engagement.
