Use variable tags to pull content, including sender signatures, into your email body.
These tags work when you send from assigned and specific users. They don’t work when you send from
a general user.

| To insert a sender’s signature: |
Account Engagement Sales role or higher

Navigate to an email, and click Edit draft.

Place the cursor where you want the signature to appear.

Insert a variable tag for the sender’s signature.
- To choose from a list of options, click the Variable Tags
dropdown.
- To manually insert the sender’s HTML email signature, enter
%%user_html_signature%%.
- To manually insert the sender’s text email signature, enter
%%user_text_signature%%.
