Set up a default mail merge value to appear when there’s no value available for a
prospect field. For example, set the First Name field to show 'Valued Customer' if the first
name is missing from a prospect record.

In the Lightning app, go to .

Find the field that you want to work with and click Edit.

Select Set a default mail merge value to be used when this field doesn’t
have a value.

Enter Default Mail Merge Value, then save the field.
