Install and Configure Marketing Cloud Connect
- Install and set up Marketing Cloud Connect package.

Assign the Marketing Cloud Connect API user access the Offer
Designer permission set..
The permission set provides the API user access to the required Offer objects.
- Create Synchronized Data Sources for the Offer and the Offer Treatment objects..
Install Offer Content Block
Important If the package doesn’t install in your Engagement org, use this link:

At the beginning of the URL replace {Account stack location} with the location of your
Engagement account stack.
- Copy the URL of the Offer content block package.
- Paste the URL for the package into your browser navigation bar, and then press Enter.
- Enter your Engagement credentials.
- Click Install | Agree.
