Access from Other Marketing Apps
Next-gen features are available to customers who use Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud Engagement. To use those features, you also need a Data 360 license and the required credits to support your agentic marketing efforts. Data 360 is available through various SKUs including the no-cost Salesforce Foundations SKU.
