Before you create a workspace, prepare your brand, brief, and assets. See Before You Generate Content.

To use merge fields and personalization, make sure that your data sources are configured. See Content Personalization.

  1. In the Marketing app, go to the Agentic Content tab.
  2. Click Create a New Workspace.
  3. Enter a workspace name and select a default language.
  4. Add a brief and a brand to ground your content creation.
  5. Upload specific image assets (up to 10 MB per image) that you want to include in the message content, such as your corporate logo or product photos.
  6. Click the + icon to upload other supporting PDF or plain text documents that you want to use for grounding. Examples are legacy marketing brief documents or a corporate style guide.
  7. Enter a text prompt that describes the content that you want to generate. For the best results, be specific about the channel, audience, and campaign goals. See Tips for Writing Effective Prompts for Agentic Content.
  8. In the prompt window, click the Send Prompt icon.

The agent evaluates all of your provided grounding information and generates your content. If your grounding information or prompt specifies to use personalized content or to add merge fields, the agent automatically adds them.

Next, refine content with the agent or edit it manually. See Refine Agentic Content and Edit Content Manually.

You can share an agentic content workspace with teammates and assign roles for access. See Collaborate on Content

  • Tips for Writing Effective Prompts for Agentic Content
To get the best results when generating agentic content, write clear, detailed, and specific prompts.
  • Refine Agentic Content
In the prompt window, ask to refine generated content for email and messaging channels, including headlines, subject lines, tone, images, and other elements.
  • Edit Content Manually
Edit generated content for email and messaging channels directly for precise messaging and design control, including HTML, CSS, and image updates. Select an element in the canvas, such as text, an image, or a button, to reveal editing tools available for that element.
  • Change the Audience
Audiences are automatically generated from a connected brief for a workspace. Modify the audience by entering a request in the prompt window or by selecting an audience manually.
  • Work with Content Variants
Create alternate versions of generated content to test different creative directions, audiences, or locales while keeping the same campaign context and grounding. Make targeted edits, update images, change personalization options, generate a localized variant, or create other options with differing subject lines. For example, if your marketing brief or prompt defines more than one audience, you can request to generate a variant with a unique style, tone, and data strategy for each audience.
  • Translate Content
With one click, generate multilingual variants of your content.
  • Create and Manage Multi-Channel Agentic Content Blocks
Reuse shared campaign content across email, SMS, MMS, and RCS messages using content blocks. Maintain consistency across channels for shared assets, such as footers, logos, legal text, and promotional offers. Create channel-specific variants when an audience or channel requires distinct formatting or a simplified layout.
  • Manage Content in the Workspace
Organize and act on multiple content variants at once in your workspace canvas.
