Create and Publish a Multi-Channel Agentic Content Block

Create a content block, add shared components, and publish the block for email, SMS, MMS, and RCS.

  1. In the workspace sidebar, select Content Blocks.
  2. To create a content block, click + in the Content Blocks sidebar, select your target channels (email, SMS, MMS, and RCS), and click Create block.
The Source panel and channel renditions appear on the canvas.
  3. To build the content block, click a component or drag it into the Source panel or onto a canvas card.
  4. If a channel needs an adjusted copy or layout, create a variant. If all channels use the same content, publish the block. See Create a Content Variant (Optional).
  5. To publish the completed block, click Publish and follow the steps in Preview and Publish Content.

Create a Content Variant (Optional)

Create a content variant when a channel or audience requires changes to the shared content.

  1. On the canvas, right-click the content block and select Clone.
  2. Select the cloned block.
  3. Modify or remove the components that require changes, such as copy, images, or buttons.
    Note
Note When you clone a content block, sections that you don't modify remain connected to the original source block. Updates to the original block update those unchanged sections across channels. Sections that you modify in the clone keep their custom content.
