View an Einstein Recommendations Customer Profile

View a customer profile in Einstein Recommendations.

1. Click the Reports tab within Einstein Recommendations.
2. Click Contacts.
3. Enter the customer’s email address.
4. Click Go.
   

   Tip To view a random customer profile, click Load Random Profile.
